These Terms govern your access to and use of Trade It!, including the mobile app and website.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally allowed to use this service in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably updated.
2. Purpose of the Service
Trade It! helps users discover in-person card trading opportunities and track card price references. We do not guarantee any transaction outcome, item authenticity, or third-party behavior.
3. Acceptable Use
- No fraud, impersonation, harassment, abuse, or illegal activity.
- No manipulation of pricing data, reputation systems, or matching features.
- No upload of malicious content, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the platform.
4. In-Person Trade Safety
Users are solely responsible for choosing whether, where, and how to meet. Use public places, verify counterparties, and follow local safety recommendations. Trade It! is not liable for incidents arising from user-organized meetings.
5. Content and Licenses
You retain rights to content you submit, but grant Trade It! a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display that content for operating and improving the service. You must own or have rights to any content you share.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or platform integrity risks. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion, subject to legal retention duties.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade It! will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material updates will be communicated through the app, website, or by email when appropriate. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
